Groundfloor: fully equipped open kitchen with cooking island, dining room with big dining table and access to the terrace with dining corner; shower room with toilet; one bedroom with a bed of 160 x 200 and access to the terrace and sitting corner.

First floor: 2 bedrooms with two beds of 90 x 200 each, separate toilet and bathroom.
